What is your return policy?
Our return policy is valid for 7 days only if the product is defective, damaged or different than ordered. We do not provide returns in any other case. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot give you a refund.
If you find out that the product is defective or is different from the specified order, please notify us via email to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. You must state the reason for the return, as well as the order number and product description. Then return the item in its original packaging. After inspection and confirming that the goods are damaged or is different then ordered, we will contact you to provide a full refund, replacement or exchange.
